Sending in a battery for the first time? Here’s what to expect.
Choose your rebuild
Find your battery brand and rebuild option. Choose customer supplied if you’re sending your own battery. Not sure what fits? Ask us before ordering.
Send us your battery
After ordering, follow the shipping instructions on our Contact/FAQ page. Include your order number and return address.
We rebuild and test it
We complete your selected rebuild and check the battery before returning it.
Get back to work
Your rebuilt battery is shipped back to you, ready for its next job.
General turnaround: 1–3 weeks. Need it sooner? Contact us about expedited options.
